The Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join us on a job‑share basis, working 3 days per week.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the Ofsted registration process, ensuring all compliance, documentation, and quality standards are met.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants flexibility while helping shape a new service from the ground up. There is potential for the role to continue after registration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Ofsted registration for supported accommodation
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, quality standards, and regulatory frameworks
- Work effectively in a job‑share to provide consistent leadership
- Develop policies, systems, and operational processes
- Provide leadership and oversight once the service becomes operational
- Represent NSI Care Services during inspections and professional meetings
Essential Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health and Social Care (Residential or equivalent)
- Experience in supported accommodation, semi‑independent services, or children’s residential care
- Strong understanding of Ofsted registration and compliance
- Excellent safeguarding knowledge
- Confident communicator with strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a job‑share model
Contract Details
- Job share – 3 days per week
- 6‑month initial contract, starting once the Ofsted application is submitted
- Potential for ongoing employment after registration
- Competitive pay (dependent on experience)
