Recruitment Consultant
Location: York, Poppleton
Salary: £25,700 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£45,000 minimum OTE)
At Puro Associates, we're a fast-growing specialist recruitment consultancy focused on the Accountancy and Legal sectors. Due to continued expansion, we're looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our York team as Recruitment Consultants.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for connecting talented Accountancy and Legal professionals with leading firms across the UK. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships, sourcing candidates, and negotiating successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and developing relationships with Accountancy and Legal firms across the UK
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-calibre candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Generating new business opportunities through sales and networking activities
- Advising clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and hiring strategies
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
