Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
- Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions to guests and visitors
- Maintain the reception area in a neat, organised, and welcoming condition
- Assist with administrative tasks such as booking reservations, managing schedules, and data entry
- Support with multilingual communication to accommodate diverse guest backgrounds (nice-to-have)
- Address guest concerns or complaints courteously and escalate issues when necessary
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services is preferred but not essentia
- Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities (nice-to-have)
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
- Friendly demeanour with a professional appearance
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles (desirable)
