Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Group Financial Reporting Manager to prepare of all financial reporting including consolidated monthly management accounts, annual statutory accounts and all other stakeholder reporting. This person will act as a key contact for auditors, tax and legal advisors. Working alongside a dynamic CFO, this is a challenging newly created role
Responsibilities :
● Preparation of group consolidated accounts under IFRS, including co-ordination of intercompany reconciliations for trading and funding loans, and inter-co recharges for management fees, group services, interest, etc.
● Group lead for financial / accounting compliance e.g new IFRS regulations; technical expert to ensure consistent application of group reporting rules and to improve technical knowledge across the wider finance team
● Preparation of the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement and other supporting schedules
● Support with cash flow forecasting, financial covenants and all investor/lender reporting
● Co-ordinate budgeting and forecasting processes with appropriate financial models and reports
● Assist with tax compliance, planning and analysis including transfer pricing, RDEC, ERS, etc.
● Provide the Company Secretarial consultants for the ultimate parent undertaking
with relevant information for their monthly compliance reviews
● Preparation of accurate and timely financial statements e.g monthly, quarterly, annual
● Present financial data clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders
● Support group activities to increase efficiency, reduce costs and increase revenue to maximise returns/cash generated across the group.
Requirements :
● Fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
● Strong technical background with experience of group consolidations for multinational businesses
● Experience of preparing/reviewing UK statutory accounts
● Experience of working within a fast paced, entrepreneurial business
Pay: £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
