REBUILD AND RISE FAMILIES LTD is seeking compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and relationship-focused Therapist / Counsellors to join our growing family support network. We are building a preventative, family-centred service aligned with Family First reforms, Early Help principles, and restorative practice.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs and establish therapeutic goals.
- Deliver individual, group, or family therapy sessions using recognised therapeutic modalities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with organisational policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting therapy approaches as necessary to optimise outcomes.
- Educate clients on coping strategies, behavioural techniques, and resources to support their mental health.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in psychological therapies and mental health practices through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- A recognised qualification in counselling, psychotherapy, clinical psychology, or a related field.
- Registration or accreditation with a relevant professional body (e.g., British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
- Proven experience working with diverse client populations across various settings is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from different backgrounds.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and case management.
- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgemental attitude towards clients’ experiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Pay: £25.00-£40.00 per hour
