Overview
Factory Manager or Production Manager (Glazing).
Duties:
· Initial set up of factory environment including positioning of machinery to ensure efficient throughput of work.
· Implementation of fabrication systems and methods using SAS and Technal aluminium glazing products.
· Establish link between office and factory (CNC) using Tech Design and Logical.
· Production planning.
· Updating machine and optimisation software when required.
· Ordering of material including optimisation of stock.
· Stock control a maintenance of stock levels.
· Recruitment and training of new fabrication operatives.
· Allocation of work and supervision of factory staff.
· Implementation and maintenance of quality systems for fabrication of aluminium glazing systems.
· Implementation and maintenance of safe working systems within the factory.
· Delivery notes and dispatch of finished goods.
Pay: £38,585.40-£48,488.17 per year
