The UKALA Membership & Audit Administrators will work within the UKALA membership and audit team to meet the demands and needs of members of the UK Association of Letting Agents. The job holder will effectively help solve customer issues and enquiries via telephone and email, audit agents documents and approve agents for CMP cover and liaise with colleagues to request new documents and liaise with clients regarding membership and audit outcomes.
The Membership and Audit Administrator role can be assigned to work at any time on one of two key work areas: Audit & Membership.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The post holder will be proactive and be self-motivated and have good organisation skills.
The position is based on working from home and travelling to occasional meetings face to face at various venues. Overnight stays are necessary for those meetings to minimise travel.
The post holder will be offered regular supervision and support via on line platforms and telephone and all equipment will be supplied by UKALA for the purposes of work only.
It is a requirement for home working to have a suitable environment and work station. The post holder will be required to participate in regular video teams meetings.
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
