Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliancei with food safety regulations
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, providing exceptional service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines during food handling and preparation
- Support the team during busy periods by assisting with additional duties as required
- Ensure all food is stored correctly and rotation procedures are followed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation is essential
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
- Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Experience working in a restaurant or catering setting is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to work flexibly, including during peak hours and weekends.
