HR Generalist (Junior HRBP)
Location: Liverpool– Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,000 base + £4,000 performance-based commission (£32,000 OTE)
Contract: 12-Month Maternity Cover

UK, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Recruiter & HR Generalist to take ownership of talent
attraction and HR support for your own dedicated Sales Region.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Partnering directly with regional Branch Managers and the Territorial Manager, you will be the
driving force behind building high-performing sales teams while ensuring strict HR compliance.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (70% of the role)
● Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, from first interview through to the onboarding
stage.
● Conduct high-volume interviews, assess candidate potential, and deliver engaging
company presentations to prospective hires.
● Coordinate interview schedules and gather structured feedback from regional leadership.
● Ensure a seamless, welcoming, and compliant onboarding experience for all new starters.
HR Generalist & Compliance (30% of the role)
● Oversee regional HR compliance, ensuring all vetting documentation is perfectly
completed (Right to Work, DBS, Data Protection training).
● Handle local employee relations matters, including conducting disciplinary sanctions,
managing complaints, and handling terminations in accordance with UK regulations and
company policy.
● Collaborate on wider HR projects, including employer branding initiatives, training
deployment, and employee engagement surveys.
What We Are Looking For
● Experience: Minimum 2 years of high-volume recruitment experience (ideally within sales
hiring).
● HR Knowledge: Experience or a strong interest in managing employee relations topics
and UK HR compliance is highly advantageous.
● Mindset: A results-oriented "sales mindset" with strong interpersonal skills, active
listening, and the ability to make fast, effective decisions.
● Education: A university degree in HR, Psychology, or Organisational Sociology is
preferred but not essential.
● Requirements: A full manual driver's license and willingness to undergo a DBS check
(cost covered fully by the company).
