We’re looking for an Innovation Associate to join Lloyd’s Lab — Europe’s leading insurance innovation hub. This is your opportunity to help shape how new ideas, technologies and solutions move from concept to real market impact.
You’ll work at the centre of the Lloyd’s market, collaborating with insurers, brokers, start-ups and innovators from around the world. Together, we turn insight into action and ideas into outcomes.
What you’ll do
You’ll play a hands-on role across the full Lab portfolio. That means blending innovation practice with strong delivery.
Drive innovation in action

Support discovery work, from problem framing to customer interviews

Test ideas using lean startup and design thinking approaches

Help design and run product sprints and experiments
-
Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) and assess real-world viability
-
Turn data into clear insights that improve outcomes
Make programmes run brilliantly

Help deliver Accelerator, Discovery, Training and Consulting programmes
-
Coordinate sprint cycles, events and key milestones
-
Support sessions like Pitch Day, Demo Day and Lab Lates
-
Create clear, engaging materials and playbooks
-
Track performance and help measure impact
Build strong connections

Support market-facing sessions with brokers, Managing Agents and partners

Contribute to communications that showcase Lab work

Help bring the innovation community together and keep it engaged

Experience

Experience in innovation, product, consulting, or startup environments
