Mando Solutions is currently recruiting experienced Dozer Operators for ongoing work in the Gloucester area. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a national aggregate supplier and industry-leading construction and civil engineering clients.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Optional weekend work available
- Typical shifts: 10–12 hours per day
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS card (with CSCS logo) – essential
- Proven experience operating Dozers
- Full PPE
- Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
Duties
- Operating a Dozer safely and efficiently
- Carrying out grading, levelling, and earthmoving activities as required
- Supporting site operations and working within a team
- Completing daily machine checks and basic maintenance
- Following all health and safety procedures
