Job Title: Administrator
Location: Specialist Service Admin Hub (Therapy Admin), University Hospital of Hartlepool, TS24 9AH
Hours: 37.5 Mon -Friday 0830 - 1630
Trust Location: University Hospital of North Tees & Hartlepool
We are expecting this placement to last 2-3 months however it may change due to service need.
What you’ll be responsible for:
To provide general admin and reception cover for multiple localities across North Tees and Hartlepool for the Specialist Services Admin hub who support multiple clinical teams i.e MSK, Physio, Podiatry, Orthotics, Wheelchairs etc
Marking patient as arrived
Booking appointments
General admin queries
Post/scanning
Handing out insoles/devices at reception
Must be able to drive and be flexible
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g Outlook, Word Excel
Communications skills-both verbal and written
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload
Previous administrative experience
Previous NHS experience
NHS System Knowledge SystmOne
