Van Driver Wanted – But Not That Van Driver Job
We’re XCH Logistics, and no, we’re not looking for drivers for the giant outfit with smiley boxes and 200-stop routes.
We’re a growing logistics company on the lookout for self-employed Multi-Drop Van Drivers in Worceste and the surrounding areas who want solid pay, real support, and manageable routes — not burnout.
What’s in the van for you
- £200+ per day
- Weekly pay – no waiting around for payday
- Full training provided (all levels of experience considered)
- Friendly, supportive team
- Monday to Friday work, with optional weekends
- Sensible start times between 7:00 and 8:30
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering parcels to customers and local businesses
- Providing great customer service with a smile
- Keeping delivery records accurate and up to date
What you’ll need
- Your own long wheelbase van - With correct hire and reward insurances
- Full UK driving licence – with no more than 6 penalty points
- Delivery experience
- Clean DBS check - Certificate must be in hand and dated within the last 6 months
- 5 years of verifiable work history - Must be able to prove work history due to security of our client
- This is a self-employed position, offering you flexibility and control over your earnings
