Position – Landscaping Contracts Supervisor
Location – Sutton in Ashfield, Nottingham
With over 20 years’ experience, we are a professional landscaping, fencing and grounds maintenance company working within the house building and construction sector throughout the greater Midlands and surrounding counties.
Due to considerable growth, we are delighted to present opportunities that have opened up for a full time Landscaping Contracts Supervisor in our East Midlands region
The principle duties for Landscaping Contracts Supervisor will include:
· Supervising operational staff, overseeing works vehicles and checking timesheets
· Attending site meetings and liaising with site management to ensure a high quality of service is provided
· Working closely with the senior operation manager and contracts teams
· Understanding RAMS documents and overseeing, managing and enforcing Health and Safety procedures
· Liaising with suppliers to source materials, negotiating prices and placing orders
· Responsible for maintaining material stock checks
· To operative and maintain a range of machinery when required
The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, passionate about landscaping and a have a desire to develop themselves in the position. Previous experience in a supervisory landscaping or horticultural role is desirable. CSCS card will be required and a UK driving license essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £29,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
