Parking Attendant (Foot Patrol) – Immediate Start
Comity Recruitment is looking for a Parking Attendant (Foot Patrol) for one of its clients based at West Cumberland Hospital, Whitehaven.
This is an 8-week temporary assignment with the potential to become a permanent full-time position for the right candidate, subject to performance during the initial period.

West Cumberland Hospital - CA28 8JG
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting foot patrols across the hospital site
- Monitoring parking areas and ensuring compliance with site regulations
- Assisting patients, visitors and staff with parking-related enquiries
- Reporting incidents and maintaining accurate records
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Clear DBS check is essential due to the hospital environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- No experience required – full training will be provided
Initial Shift Pattern (First 8 Weeks):
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
- 08:00 – 16:00
Potential Future Shift Pattern (Subject to Performance):
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 13:00 – 21:00
- Saturday: 08:00 – 16:00
- Rest Days: Wednesday & Sunday
