Role
We are looking for an IT Supervisor to join our team at Rosewood London. In this role, you will ensure that all systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with operational needs, enhancing both internal efficiency and guest experience. You’ll work closely with the Technology Experience Manager while leading frontline IT support and coordinating day-to-day technology activities.
Key expectations of this role are
- Deliver day-to-day IT support including system monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring incidents are resolved or escalated quickly and system performance is maintained
- Support network, server, and cloud environments, assisting with upgrades, automation, and overall system enhancements while managing IT assets and lifecycle processes
- Maintain and support guest-facing technologies such as Wi-Fi, PMS, and POS systems to ensure a seamless guest and operational experience
- Support cybersecurity practices including patching, endpoint protection, and adherence to data privacy and compliance requirements, alongside business continuity readiness
- Provide guidance to junior team members, act as an escalation point for technical issues, and collaborate with stakeholders across the hotel
- Assist in delivering IT projects, coordinating with vendors, maintaining documentation, and supporting user training and continuous improvement initiatives
Profile
- Experience supporting IT operations in a fast-paced environment (hospitality experience desirable)
- Understanding of networking, infrastructure, and end-user support
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and monitoring tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders while managing expectations and priorities
