- Salary: £15.69–£16.25 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
- Base pay is £14.00 per hour (days) and £15.00 per hour (nights/weekends), with holiday pay added to reach the total advertised hourly rate. Holiday pay is accrued and held separately, ready to be paid when you take time off.

Your Role
As a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant for Innovate Care Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care of our male client at his family home in Chiswick.
The role involves assisting with daily living and personal care, implementing care plans, medication administration and providing compassionate, tailored support to promote his wellbeing.
Previous experience working with non-verbal clients who have a neurodegenerative disease would be preferred. Clinical skills required include:
- Complex seizure management including absence and tonic-clonic, which may require administration of emergency medication
- Mobility assistance, moving and handling
- Positive behaviour support
You’ll be part of a consistent care team, typically supporting one client at a time in this stable, long-term role.
Training Pathway

What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 months of homecare experience
- Previous experience in complex seizure management is essential
- Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
- Good communication skills and IT confidence
- Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
- Hold an understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
