A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and expanding Oxford office.

The Role:
Managing a varied commercial property caseload- Acquisitions, disposals & refinancing
- Commercial leases, renewals & landlord/tenant matters
- Development agreements, option agreements & easements
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and team growth
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Solicitor or equivalent (3+ PQE ideally)- Strong commercial property experience
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially minded and confident managing deadlines
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
