Experienced Joiner
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Joiner to join our growing company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in site joinery, a good understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship across a variety of projects.
This role involves working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, with experience in building maintenance considered an advantage. You will be expected to work independently, use your own initiative, and make informed decisions while also working effectively as part of a team. Maintaining a safe, professional, and organised working environment is essential.
The successful candidate will be required to complete an AccessNI check
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of site joinery to a high standard.
- Complete building maintenance and repair work as required.
- Work on residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
- Work efficiently within live manufacturing environments while minimising disruption to operations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area at all times.
- Comply with all health and safety procedures, company policies, and site regulations.
- Use initiative to solve problems and make sound decisions on site.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and site management.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in site joinery.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and building practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to use initiative and make decisions when required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Valid CSR Card.
Desirable Qualifications
- IPAF certification.
- PASMA certification.
- Any additional relevant trade qualifications or health and safety training.
