Rotherwood Healthcare is an award winning care home group, providing luxury residential, nursing and dementia care for the older generation in a family of care homes and nursing homes across the Midlands.
Lynhales Hall is set in seven acres of woodland close to the historic Herefordshire village of Lyonshall. Lynhales Hall is built around a stunning, two-storey 16th Century Manor House and is home to 65 residents.

The Role:
As a Home Service Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring Lynhales Hall remains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role supports the home’s new Dementia strategies, raising Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) standards to a new level while preserving our country house atmosphere.
You will work under the guidance of the Home Services Manager, collaborating with the Laundry Services Operative, Maintenance Operative, Head Chef, and care teams to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and infection control

About You:
You will have the ability to ensure infection control measures are adhered to and the cleanliness of the home is of a high standard as expected within a luxury environment. Your previous experience will come with knowledge of COSHH, infection control and health & safety requirements. You will be reliable, organised and able to manage workload effecively. Basic DIY knowledge, and a good level of physical fitness, apropriate to the demands of the role.
Experience of working in a care home environment would be an advantage but not essential as we will provide the knowledge required if you have the relevant skills, experience and share our core values.
Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
