Associate Architect – Oxford

The Opportunity
We’re working with a leading, multi-disciplinary consultancy looking to appoint an Associate Architect to play a key role in leading projects, teams, and client relationships.
This is a genuine leadership position, combining design, delivery, commercial input, and business development, with clear scope to influence both projects and the wider architectural team.
If you’re an experienced Architect ready to step into (or further develop within) an Associate-level role, this offers the platform to do exactly that.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading architectural and multi-disciplinary project delivery across a range of sectors
- Managing projects from concept through to completion (RIBA Stages 0–7)
- Acting as a key client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Overseeing and mentoring Architects, Technologists, and project teams
- Driving technical excellence across BIM, Revit, and design delivery
- Contributing to fee proposals, bids, and business development activity
- Supporting commercial performance, programme management, and project profitability
What We’re Looking For
- ARB Registered Architect (RIBA Chartered preferred)
- Circa 15+ years’ professional experience
- Strong background in project leadership and delivery
- Proven experience managing teams and client relationships
- High level of proficiency in Revit, BIM, and AutoCAD
- Commercial awareness with experience in fees, contracts, and project performance
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead, influence, and mentor
