About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team at Thingwall Services, part of Best Lives.
This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive nursing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring individuals receive holistic care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing, in line with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) guidelines.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate care plans
- Administer and manage medications safely in line with policy
- Support residents with nutritional needs and overall wellbeing
- Work closely with external healthcare professionals and families
- Lead, supervise, and support care staff and senior support workers
- Contribute to staff training, development, and rota planning
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and legislation
- Promote a positive, engaging, and safe environment for residents
About You
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council registration
- Experience working in a nursing or care environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for delivering person-centred care
- Ability to manage workloads and support a team effectively
- Flexible to work across a 24/7 rota (including weekends and on-call if required)
Desirable
- Experience managing or leading teams
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or mental health needs
- Knowledge of care planning systems and IT rostering

Due to the nature of the role, there may be exposure to challenging behaviour, manual handling tasks, medication administration and passive smoke environments. Appropriate training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure staff can carry out their duties safely and confidently.
