What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering a premium sales experience from first contact to handover
- Building lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Identifying customer needs and matching them with the perfect BMW
- Reaching and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Keeping up to date with the latest BMW innovations and technologies
- Handling finance, insurance, and upsell opportunities with confidence and integrity
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in sales (automotive experience essential)
- A passion for customer service and luxury vehicles
- Confident, motivated, and target-driven personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
