Responsibilities – Quantity Surveyor
As a Quantity Surveyor, your role will include:

Supporting the commercial delivery of sprinkler installation projects

Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
-
Monitoring project progress and supporting cost control measures
-
Assisting with subcontractor and supplier management
-
Attending site visits and client meetings
-
Working closely with project and commercial teams
Requirements – Quantity Surveyor
-
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within sprinkler systems, fire protection, M&E, or construction services
-
Understanding of commercial sprinkler installation projects
-
Strong organisational and analytical skills
-
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Full UK Driving Licence
