We are looking for either a trainee or qualified dental nurse to join our team on a permanent, part or full-time basis. Minimum of 3 full days for part-time.

Key Tasks
- Set-up and prepare the surgery for the type of patient and treatment planned before the start of each session
- Clean and sterilise all equipment and working surfaces to the required standards at the end of each session
- Prepare the necessary materials and instruments
- Ensure safe disposal of sharps and clinical waste
- Keep all clinical areas including sterilising/OPG room clean and tidy and assist in the correct procedure for dental radiography
- Provide clinical assistance to the dentist [hygienist/therapist] while treating the patient, acting under his/her supervision
- Assist the dentist or hygienist in the completion of patient records
Salary starts at £12.71 for trainees and negotiable for qualified depending on experience.
Days and hours are as follows:
Monday -8.00am - 5pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm or 9am-6pm with a later finish at 7pm once per month
Tuesday - 8.00am - 5.00pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm
Wednesday - 8.00am - 5.00pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm
Thursday- 8.00am - 5.00pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm
Friday - - 8.00am - 5.00pm
This role will cover working in our sterilisation room as well as nursing with our hygienists and dentists.

Full training will be provided as well as dental nursing course support.
