The Role
As a Lettings Lister, you will play a key role in driving new business and growing our presence in the Kensington market. Working closely with the Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for securing new instructions, conducting market appraisals, and delivering an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

What We Offer
- Competitive basic salary: £25,000 – £28,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
- Winning new lettings instructions and generating business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and clients
- Assisting the Lettings Manager with the day-to-day running of the office
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
- Managing negotiations professionally and effectively
- Staying informed on local market trends and competitor activity
- Consistently achieving and exceeding targets
About You
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the property industry and a proven ability to secure listings and build lasting client relationships.
You will be:

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
1 in 3 Saturdays: 10:00am – 4:00pm
