About the Role
Whitehart & Co is looking for a proactive and commercially aware Marketing Account Manager to support one of our key global clients.
This is a hybrid role combining marketing coordination, content creation, campaign support, stakeholder management, and brand development.
You’ll act as a key link between the Whitehart and the client's teams, helping to keep projects moving, campaigns organised, communication clear, and marketing activity delivered to a high standard.
We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable coordinating projects, creating marketing content, supporting campaign delivery, and building strong working relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing activity across teams
- Help manage campaigns, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Support campaign planning and execution across multiple channels
- Maintain visibility across ongoing projects and content schedules
Content & Creative Support
- Write and refine:
- Social media content
- Campaign messaging
- Internal communications
- Brand and marketing materials
- Support the creation and review of visual and digital content
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice
Stakeholder & Client Communication
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Attend meetings and help drive projects forward
- Coordinate feedback, updates, and communication between teams
- Help improve collaboration and workflow efficiency
Brand & Strategic Support
- Support ongoing brand consistency and development
- Contribute ideas for campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements
- Stay aware of industry trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking ForEssential
- Experience in marketing, brand, account management, or communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and project coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience creating or coordinating marketing and social media content
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
Desirable
- Experience within healthcare, life sciences, agency, or B2B environments
- Understanding of digital marketing and campaign reporting

Salary & Benefits
- £28,000 – £34,000 depending on experience

This role includes a six-month probationary period followed by a formal performance and salary review.
Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
