THE JOB
We're recruiting a qualified MOT Tester for a prestige BMW and MINI dealership in Sheffield. Permanent role, Monday to Friday, with an uncapped bonus structure that rewards you for the work you put in.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Basic salary £32,000 - £39,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped bonus - OTE £35,900 - £42,900

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Carrying out MOT tests to DVSA standards across BMW and MINI vehicles
- Identifying and clearly communicating vehicle defects to the workshop team
- Maintaining accurate MOT records and documentation
- Supporting the wider workshop with servicing and maintenance work where needed
- Upholding the dealership's high standards throughout
WHAT YOU NEED
- Current DVSA MOT Tester licence - essential, no exceptions
- Experience in a franchised dealership or busy workshop environment
- BMW experience preferred but not essential
- Full, valid UK driving licence
WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
