The Rewards
- Pay: £13.00 per hour
- Earnings Boost: Additional variable Tronc & Tips.
- Hours: 40 – 45 hours per week.

The Role

Your day-to-day will include:
- Crafting classic and contemporary cocktails to a high standard.
- Engaging with our guests with warmth, wit, and professionalism.
- Maintaining a pristine, organised, and well-stocked bar environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and floor team to ensure seamless service.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in a premium restaurant or high-volume quality bar.
- Skillset: Strong knowledge of spirits, craft beers, wines, and cocktail techniques.
- Vibe: A proactive "can-do" attitude and a genuine love for the art of service.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
