As we continue our international expansion, we are looking for ambitious and commercially driven sales professionals from the UK and Ireland who are ready to relocate to Dubai and join our growing team.
About the Role
This is a pure closing role.
No cold calling. No prospecting. No lead generation.
Qualified appointments are booked directly into your diary by our dedicated SDR team, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
You'll conduct Zoom meetings with entrepreneurs, executives and business owners across the UK, North America and international markets, understanding their goals and demonstrating how our award-winning PR and media solutions can help take their businesses to the next level.
Because the media landscape moves quickly, so do we. This role is ideal for commercially minded sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, can handle objections confidently and enjoy building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Zoom consultations with qualified prospects from around the world.
- Research clients and understand their industry before each meeting.
- Build strong relationships with entrepreneurs, founders and business owners.
- Present Pathos' award-winning pay on results model.
- Handle objections and guide clients through the decision-making process.
- Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years' sales experience is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- High-ticket sales experience is highly desirable.
- Experience operating within shorter sales cycles is preferred.
- Backgrounds in B2B sales, recruitment, property, software, media, automotive or financial services will be highly regarded.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious individuals who thrive in high-performance environments.

What You'll Receive- Tax-Free Earnings
- Basic salary of AED 6,000–12,000 per month (approximately £1,220–£2,440), depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission with realistic on-target earnings of AED 30,000–40,000+ per month (approximately £6,000-£8,000)
- Equivalent annual earning potential of approximately £73,000–£98,000 per year .
- 100% tax-free earnings.
- Monthly commissions paid on every deal — your results directly determine your rewards.
Relocation Package
- Full UAE residency visa and private medical insurance.
- Up to 30 days' accommodation provided to help you settle into Dubai.
- One-way flight reimbursement upon successful completion of six months' employment.
