We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Chef to join our growing kitchen team.
The Role
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to our standards while maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items consistently to a high standard
- Work across grill, hot section, and food preparation areas
- Ensure food hygiene and health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
- Work effectively as part of a team during busy service periods
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Desirable
- Experience with grilling, Mediterranean, Turkish, Greek, or Middle Eastern cuisine
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
