Care Assistant - E Care Community
Salary: £13.75 - 14.70 (Plus paid travel time)
Contract: Part time (Friday - Sunday to meet a minimum of 16 hours per week)
PLEASE NOTE; You are required to have a full UK driving license and access to your own car for this position.
Areas: North Essex – Colchester, Clacton, Harwich & surrounding areas

About the role
As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll support clients in their own homes with:
- Personal care and daily living activities
- Companionship and building meaningful relationships
- Meal preparation
- Medication support
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Collaborating with muti-disciplinary teams such as GP's, district nurses and pharmacies to maintain and meet client's care needs
You’ll make a genuine difference every day by helping people remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Shift Patterns
- Day shifts: 7am–3pm
- Evening shifts: 4pm–11pm
- Every weekend required
Pay rates
- £13.75 weekend daytime
- £14.70 weekend evening
What We’re Looking For
- Kind, reliable, and compassionate people

- No experience necessary – full training provided
- Full UK driving licence and own car with business insurance
- Flexibility to work a mixture of shifts
