We are recruiting for a Mechanical Fitter to join a well-established engineering company in Grantham.

The Role:
You will be responsible for repairing, servicing, and overhauling electro-mechanical equipment in a busy workshop environment.
The role involves working to deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards, completing job documentation, and adhering to health and safety procedures while collaborating with a skilled team.
Requirements

Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent experience

Experience in an electro-mechanical environment (desirable)

Good teamwork and communication skills

Proactive, hands-on approach

Flexibility for shifts and overtime

Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Working Hours

Day Shift: 07:30 – 16:15 (Mon–Thu), 07:30 – 12:30 (Fri)
