Swift Temps are currently recruiting an FLT Counterbalance Driver for our client based in the Appleton, Warrington area.
This is initially a 2 month placement but it could be temporary to permanent contract for the right candidate
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 11:00 to 20:00.
The pay rate is £13.21 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Will be working within the warehouse and yard, in all weathers
- Driving a counterbalance FLT truck
- Ensure the yard and warehouse are kept tidy at all times
Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
- Valid FLT Counterbalance License (site do not accept in house license sorry)
- Familiarity with operating forklifts is essential
