UPG UK & Ireland, one of the largest and most respected independent Car, Truck & Bus Parts Specialists in the UK are seeking a Parts Sales Advisor to join their team in Castleford, West Yorkshire. Having served the automotive industry since 1986, UPG is a leading independent parts distributor, offering a genuine alternative to the franchised network.
You will:
- Have a number of years experience within a Car/CV Motor Factor environment
- Provide first class customer service by responding to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Possess excellent knowledge of manufacturer EPC’s
- Have good commercial aptitude to close the sale and maximise margins
The ideal applicant will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Excellent Parts Interpretation skills – all trucks!
- A great communicator
- A Customer Service champion
- You will have worked within an All-Makes CV parts environment for at least 2 years
- Knowledge of the CV parts aftermarket
- High levels of literacy and numeracy
- A team player
- Embracing of change and willing to learn new skills
