£40,000 to £50,000 - 4 day working week!
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician to support the design, coordination, and delivery of timber frame construction projects
The role involves working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce technical drawings and manufacturing information.
- Develop practical timber frame solutions from architectural drawings.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and quality standards.
- Provide technical support throughout design, manufacture, and installation.
- Mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement.
What we are looking for…
· Background in Timber Frame / Off Site Construction
· Strong working knowledge of timber frame detailing and construction methods
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Knowledge of sustainable building standards and manufacturing processes
· Proficient in either HSB / MiTek Consultech or similar CAD package
