Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist - Admin team member, to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional services, managing front desk operations, and supporting various administrative functions within a fitness environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanour, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
This role involves working unsociable hours, and our current shift patterns are as follows:
6:00am to 2:30pm or 2:30pm to 10:00pm, Monday to Saturday, and 7:00am to 5:00pm on Sundays.
We are based at PO20 7PL. Due to our location you will need to be able to drive or find suitable accommodations. Please check before applying - Postcode is PO20 7PL.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, and directing members appropriately.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service at all times
