Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of starters and desserts according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety guidelines, including proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Present dishes attractively, ensuring visual appeal aligns with restaurant standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food production, food preparation, cooking, or baking within a professional kitchen environment
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on starters and desserts
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
