We’re working with a well-respected independent estate agency in the Wiltshire area, known for their personal approach and commitment to excellent customer service. They are now looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their thriving Sales team.

What’s the role?
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Meeting clients, registering applicants, and identifying opportunities for valuations and viewings
- Booking and conducting property viewings, providing feedback to vendors
- Generating new business and supporting the progression of sales from offer to completion
What we’re looking for:
- Motivated, proactive and eager to learn
- Confident, approachable, and professional with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential for property viewings)
Package:
Basic: £23,000 + Commission
