We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to undertake window cleaning and grounds maintenance, with some multi-skilled operative experience. The role covers multiple sites across Wrexham, Cheshire, and surrounding areas, with flexibility to provide additional support across North Wales and Chester as workload demands.
This mobile role involves reactive maintenance across a variety of sites, offering great variety, responsibility, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Window cleaning using water-fed pole and traditional methods
- Travel between sites as required
- Grounds maintenance (grass cutting, hedge trimming, general upkeep)
- Complete tasks efficiently and on time
- Use and maintain equipment safely
- Follow health & safety procedures and report hazards
- Represent the company professionally on site
- Support basic maintenance tasks and general site upkeep
- Work with team members and follow instructions carefully
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction by keeping all work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all time
- Low-risk tasks
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management, in line with the needs of the business

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in window cleaning (WFP and/or traditional methods)
- Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
- Full manual UK driving licence (essential)
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to travel and work away when required
