Gas Installation Engineer – Exeter
Rate: £350 per day
Location: Exeter and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Self-Employed / Subcontractor
Minimum Commitment: 3 days per week
We are currently seeking an experienced Gas Installation Engineer to join our team working within private residential properties across Exeter and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional engineer looking for flexible work with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Installation of domestic gas boilers and heating systems
- Carrying out heating system upgrades and associated pipework
- Power flushing central heating systems where required
- Ensuring all work is completed to current Gas Safe regulations and industry standards
- Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service in occupied private homes
Essential Requirements
- Valid Core ACS Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1 and relevant domestic gas tickets)
- Current Gas Safe Registration
- Proven experience in domestic gas installations
- Own van
- Own tools
- Own public liability insurance and relevant business insurances
- Own power flush machine
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence
