Key Responsibilities
· Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand our market presence;
· Discuss customer requirements and advise them on the goods or services being sold;
· Liaise with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to obtain further business from them;
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue;
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions;
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Who are we looking for (qualifications, experience and skills)
· Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role;
· Strong track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets;
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
· Solid understanding of market dynamics and business development
