Trade Recruit is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Manchester (M25 1HQ) for an experienced Part-Time Catering Cook to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled cook who enjoys working in a structured, mainly daytime hours with some flexibility for events - perfect for maintaining work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in line with dietary and nutritional standards
- Manage food preparation for larger groups (quantity cooking)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
- Adhere to food hygiene and health & safety regulations at all times
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a cooking role
- Ability to cook for larger groups efficiently
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Nice-to-Have (Preferred):
- Experience in contract catering
- Background in quantity/bulk cooking
Location & Working Pattern
- Location: Manchester, M26 1HQ
- Hours: 7:00am – 2:00pm
- Days: 3 days per week (to be confirmed)
