Parsons Bakery is a well-established, family-run bakery with a strong reputation for quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team and help lead our store team.
The Role
As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the store, helping to supervise shifts, support team members, and ensure our customers enjoy a great experience every visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the store during allocated shifts
- Supporting the Manager and Assistant Manager
- Leading by example to deliver excellent customer service
- Opening and closing the store when required
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained
- Managing stock availability and reducing waste
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Training and supporting new team members
About You
- Previous experience in retail, food, or hospitality (supervisory experience preferred but not essential)
- Confident, responsible, and well organised
- Positive, hands-on attitude
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including some weekends
