We are opening a brand‑new Taiwanese street‑food kitchen in the centre of Sheffield, serving authentic dishes such as Taiwanese fried chicken, braised pork rice, bao, noodles, and more. We’re building a team that cares about flavour, consistency, and great service — and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.
The Role
As a Kitchen Team Member / Cook, you will:
- Prepare and cook Taiwanese and Asian‑style dishes to a high standard
- Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and a clean, organised kitchen
- Support smooth service during busy periods
- Assist with prep, stock rotation, and deliveries
- Work closely with the team to keep the kitchen running efficiently
- Bring a positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
Preferred Experience
- Experience in an Asian kitchen (Taiwanese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.) is highly preferred
- Familiarity with wok cooking, seasoning, and Asian flavour profiles is a bonus
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork
- Food hygiene knowledge (Level 2 ideal but not required)
- Right to work in the UK
