Dance & Drama Teachers / Assistants – Theatre Kidz - Buckinghamshire
Theatre Kidz is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Dance and Drama Teachers and Assistants to join our growing team, delivering high-energy after-school performing arts clubs across Buckinghamshire.
We run fun, engaging sessions for children aged 4–11, helping them build confidence, creativity and teamwork in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Roles Available
Pay
- Teachers: £25.00–£35.00 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)
- Assistants: £15.00 per hour
Working Hours
- Weekdays during term-time only
- Typical hours: 3:15pm – 5:15pm (approximate, depending on the school)
- Additional hours may be available
About the Role
- Deliver (or support the delivery of) engaging drama and/or dance sessions
- Work from provided lesson plans (full training and support provided)
- Create a positive, encouraging environment where every child feels included
- Assistants support class management, transitions and individual children
Who We’re Looking For
- Passionate, energetic individuals who enjoy working with children
- Teaching experience preferred for teacher roles
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Paediatric First Aid is advantageous but not essential
