Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support our international sourcing operations and expand our online luxury resale business. The role involves supplier engagement, product sourcing, authentication coordination, and customer relationship management across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Source second-hand luxury goods from international suppliers
- Manage relationships with overseas sellers and partners
- Conduct preliminary product authenticity assessments
- Coordinate import/export logistics
- Respond to customer enquiries across social media platforms
- Support online sales and marketplace listings
- Negotiate purchase pricing with suppliers
- Conduct market research on luxury resale trends
Requirements
- Experience in luxury resale, fashion, or e-commerce sector preferred
- Knowledge of luxury brands and authentication indicators
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience using social media platforms for business purposes
- Ability to manage international supplier relationships
- Additional Asian language (Chinese / Japanese / Korean) preferred
