We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with a strong interest in organisational development and learning. What you’ll do

Working closely with managers, stakeholders and the wider HR team, you will provide high-quality HR advice while playing a key role in identifying, delivering and evaluating learning and development activity across the organisation.

Source and manage external providers where needed, ensuring value for money and quality delivery.

Evaluate learning impact and assess return on investment—using feedback, data and outcomes to continuously improve our offer.
What we’re looking for

Proven experience in a HR generalist role, with hands-on facilitation and delivery of training and development activity.

Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences.

Ability to analyse learning needs, use data to evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements.

Excellent stakeholder management—able to influence, challenge constructively and build trusted relationships.

Organised and pragmatic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work within budgets.

Ideally CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent experience.
