About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Lead to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth, efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Open and close the business as required
- Delegate tasks and manage staff performance on shift
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Liaise with the Kitchen and Bar team to monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards
- Assist management with daily reporting and operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
