Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Reinstatement Supervisor to oversee reinstatement operations on our Thames Water mains replacement projects in the Thames Valley area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. A company vehicle, fuel card, and iPad will be provided, and experience in the water industry is preferred. This is a self-employed role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise reinstatement teams to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Use internal systems AppCan and Dashpivot to capture excavation measurements and submit to the office for planning.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all phases of reinstatement work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality standards and address any deficiencies.
- Carry out CAT A & B inspections on in-progress and completed reinstatement works to ensure correct procedures are being followed.
Qualifications
- Full UK-issued driving licence (essential).
- NRSWA supervisor (preferred).
- SMSTS (preferred).
- EUSR SHEA Water & National Water Hygiene (training can be arranged).
Pay: £180.00-£200.00 per day
